Campaign - Telecom Major

Problem

A major US based telecom brand needed an effective way of sourcing new clients mainly from user groups whose existing contracts from other providers were ending.

Challenges

  • This was a mobile only campaign
  • The brand wanted to target other telecom providers specifically
  • Separate budget for each telecom provider with specific goals
  • Targeting was restricted to a small radius from their stores
  • Store visit was the main goal
  • CTA was $2.50 - cost of each store visit was $2.50

Result

  • Small geo fences were created for each store
  • These were targeted by using corresponding Zip codes
  • Each store had separate campaign for each of the other telecom competitor
  • Each campaign had separate creative specific for the competitor with separate tracking scripts to allow tracking of the ads and spends
  • Store visit was tracked using geo locations - lat, long on the mobile device
  • CTA of $2.25 was achieved and maintained during the entire campaign
